We are a multi-location dental practice that provides exceptional oral health care to patients in Western NC. We are looking for the right person to join our team.
Your primary role as the Dental Billing A/R Specialist will be to accurately execute coding and billing, post payments to patient accounts, and build strong relationships with providers, patients, and fellow staff. Additional duties include collecting unpaid claims and filing appeals for reimbursement. The position is 36-40 hours a week, located in Morganton. Experience with dental or medical billing is required.

Job Requirements Qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of dental billing experience.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are important.
- Must be very organized and work quickly in a fast-paced office.
- Communicate clearly; both verbal and written skills.
