Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply-Demand Planning Manager to lead the Supply Chain Planning team in the effective application of business driving strategies, best practices and efficient processes. In this role, you will ensure your team has the tools to determine optimum levels of inventory and that goods are available to meet guest / customer demand at the correct location and with optimum timing and quantities. The Supply Chain / Planning Manager will also contribute to the strategic and tactical business planning. This person will integrate business strategies to develop rolling receipt and inventory plans with supporting analyses and assumptions for use in integrated business planning/sales and operations planning, supply planning and financial planning. In addition, you will leverage results and brand data to drive forecast process while establishing a CPFR process together with feedback from Operations / Sales, Category Management, Commerce, Logistics teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for Inventory management in line with Cash Flow objectives
- Build receipt budgets and continuously control and track with clear forecasts in line with business needs and strategies
- Collaborate with Category Management team on currency of inventory, markdowns/clearance of aged and slow moving stocks and presentation (target on hand) quantities and quantify financial impact
- Develop exception-based reporting to identify missed opportunity / lost sales and develop strategies to address product needs to maximize sales potential
- Present business results vs. forecast/plan during OTB meetings with actions in line with financials and effects on inventory levelsDevelop and implement effective demand planning strategies to meet customer needs while optimizing inventory levels.
- Occasional travel required
Experience
- A minimum of 4 years in a Supply Chain / Planning Manager role
- 4 + years of experience leading Supply Chain / Planning teams, preferably in the Travel Retail Industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain or Accounting or equivalent experience required
- Excellent retail math and critical thinking skills required, as well as the ability to communicate at the appropriate level of detail or summarization, given the audience and objective
- Proven results running meetings where cross-functional decisions are needed and reached using analysis and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point; strong Excel skills required as the position involves creating/maintaining many complex spreadsheets. Experience with Pivot Table Access preferred

- Financial savvy including experience with cost inventory methods of accounting
- SAP F&R / ERP knowledge
