We're looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team and work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams. Your mission will be to educate, engage, and excite prospects in our target segments, reporting to the Director of North America Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing Plans: Define, execute, and refine marketing strategies to generate new leads and qualified opportunities as we expand in North America.
Global Campaign Collaboration: Work on global campaigns, tailoring them to ensure focused and holistic outcomes through both direct and partner channels.
Budget and Lead Tracking: Monitor budgets, lead flow, and results, ensuring timely communication of status, action items, and deliverables across teams.
Content Development: Partner with Product Marketing to create targeted content aligned with the buyer's journey and audience needs.
Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Use a variety of channels, including digital, webinars, events, trade shows, and social media, to deliver leads.
Market Intelligence: Gather and share industry insights, research organizations and prospects to develop effective penetration strategies.
Account Based Experience (ABX) Campaigns: Collaborate with the Director of North America Marketing and the sales team to craft ABX campaigns for target accounts.
Sales Liaison: Serve as the key marketing point of contact for the regional sales organization, aligning on account targeting and campaign responses.
SDR Collaboration: Ensure Sales Development Representatives have the necessary messaging, content, and materials for effective lead engagement.
Event Management: Oversee the entire process of event execution, from venue selection and contract negotiation to logistics and budget reconciliation.
Channel Program Extension: Where appropriate, extend marketing programs to our Channel and Reseller partners.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on enterprise account growth, demand generation, or field marketing. Cybersecurity industry experience is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Demandbase or equivalent platforms, and a data-driven approach to demand generation.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to track and report on complex campaign performance metrics and revenue attribution.
Versatility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competence in strategy, sales enablement, thought leadership, and demand generation.
Digital Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging digital marketing, advertising, and sales acceleration tools and technologies.
ABM Expertise: Experience in building and executing account-based marketing programs.
Relationship Management: Excellent skills in building rapport, influencing, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, particularly in sales.
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Compensation:
The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contributions; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
