Demand Generation Specialist - Grace Hill

About the Job
Grace Hill is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join our growing team. We’re looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to support our expansive growth. Specifically, the Demand Gen Specialist will report to the Director of Demand Generation, working cross-functionally with the Product Marketing Managers to execute demand marketing programs in a variety of channels including PPC, email campaigns, webinars, software review sites, and other marketing efforts. Your goal will be to drive marketing qualified leads in the most efficient ways possible.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, to support paid media, webinars, events, co-marketing, and email channels to drive the sales pipeline
- Work with content & creative teams and write email copy and landing pages as needed
- Think creatively and contribute to the big ideas, while executing the tactics
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing Operations to identify gaps and ensure all initiatives are properly scoped
- Ensure best practices, insights, and optimization strategies are incorporated into campaigns
- Become knowledgeable about the products and markets we serve
Education:
- Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or business, or comparable education/experience
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with the following marketing technology tools a plus:
- Hubspot
- Salesforce
- GoToWebinar
- Canto
- WordPress or other CMS experience
- BeaverBuilder
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google AdWords
- Google Analytics
- Asana
- Qualified
