Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with our sales and sales development teams to devise and implement a performance-driven, multi-channel demand generation strategy.
Partner with our digital marketing team to harness regional data insights, supporting your team and marketing initiatives.
Work hand-in-hand with our Global Events Manager to curate content and select speakers for industry-specific and regional events.
Deep dive into our buyer's journey to craft go-to-market strategies and corporate campaigns that effectively convey our value proposition and deliver outstanding demand generation programs and events.
Define and implement scalable marketing strategies and processes tailored to client segments and buyer personas, fostering market expansion and revenue growth.
Keep a close eye on program success metrics, track progress, and share results with the sales team, offering insights for ongoing improvement.
Mandatory Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Demonstrated success in managing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs and events.
Over 5 years of ABM experience, contributing to pipeline growth and deal acceleration within a B2B Enterprise sales environment comprising 5 or more reps.
Proficiency in demand generation performance metrics, lead progression, and conversion tracking from initial marketing touchpoints through to customer advocacy.
Data-driven mindset with robust analytical skills, adept at spotting trends and insights crucial for deal acceleration.
Thorough understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, from lead generation to customer advocacy.
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, capable of developing effective email nurture streams tailored to your region.
A collaborative team player with excellent cross-functional project management abilities.
A positive outlook and a genuine passion for pipeline development!
