Details: Permanent, salary range of $85,000- $100,000 with bonus
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Demand Generation Marketing Manager defines current marketing campaigns and executes marketing initiatives that grow measurable sales leads, conversion rates, and sales quality. You’ll lead top-of-funnel programs, help develop multichannel marketing campaigns, and customer/partner events.

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative problem solver who is energized to drive compelling, multi-channel marketing campaigns that directly contribute to Romabio's revenue and awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop/implement high-value paid and organic marketing campaigns and events to reach our target accounts and stakeholders. This includes developing and executing tactics to engage buyers/influencers of our products for B2B and B2C.
- Ability to create and change content such as presentations, social media content, articles, emails, and landing pages to support marketing activities.
- Drive programs and events increasing MQLs, SQLs, and b2b pipelines, supporting aggressive acquisition goals.
- Create lead generation plans, partnering with sales and management to ensure improved pipeline revenue.
- Incorporate a variety of tactics into marketing programs, including curated and industry events, sponsorships, account-based marketing tactics, direct mail, and digital campaigns.
- Analyze and report on performance in close collaboration with the marketing coordinator.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years in lead or demand generation for a marketing team
- Experience supporting sales initiatives under pressure of pipeline/revenue goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, while being able to execute quickly and with an impact
- Understanding of inbound marketing methodology, including activities, elements, and tactics necessary to deliver measurable, repeatable results
- Team player, highly organized, detail-oriented
- Experience using paid advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta, Adroll, etc.) daily
- Agency management experience is needed
