About the Job
We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager for the Marketing Technology Department.
The Demand Generation Manager is expected to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of targeted marketing programs focused on driving awareness of products to new prospects and generating leads. They will develop and implement plans that reach buyers in new markets, promote new product features, and generate marketing buzz across multiple channels and platforms. This individual must have extensive experience with media buying, placement, targeting, and reporting for outlets, including but not limited to: CTV, display networks, video, SEO, SEM/PPC, podcast/radio, native advertising, paid social, etc.

Highlights:
- Develop paid media and keyword plans, allocate budget, and summarize all recommendations in a written media plan narrative
- Forecast and plan campaign budgets appropriately, and continually monitor spend throughout the lifetime of a campaign
- Define customer segments and determine appropriate outreach strategies; understand and leverage complex targeting, including the use of internal data and external data aggregators, to reach the ideal audience, while being aware of exceptions that must be implemented to eliminate waste
- Provide recommendations to Business Units and Campaign Managers on omnichannel tactics and/or targeting that will help meet business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally and oversee the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, website, organic social media, and paid advertising
- Assist in mapping customer journeys and continually improve lead gen programs to move prospects through the funnel
Experience:
Required
- 7+ years B2C digital advertising experience (programmatic media buying and SEM experience required)
- 5+ years’ experience in identifying and improving digital media and SEM campaign performance through data and insights, SEO, and A/B and multi-variant testing
- 5+ years’ experience with omnichannel marketing strategy and execution
- Experience working with ad servers, demand side platforms, data management platforms, and analytics tools (GA4 and Google Tag Manager)
- Experience with special ad categories (finance, housing, etc.) that are highly regulated
- Experience implementing tracking processes, procedures, and standards that are inclusive of ads, sites, and business systems to ensure the customer journey and ROI can be tracked and measured

Education:

- 4-year college degree in Marketing or related field

- In-depth knowledge of keyword strategies for SEM and SEO and proven ability to improve search ranking
- Demonstrated ability to create messaging and content for digital channels that match channel purpose and consumer intent
