SUMMARY: The Demand Generation Analyst will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of innovative demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and achieve company growth targets. Leveraging a blend of inbound and outbound marketing techniques, including email campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and webinars, you'll expertly guide prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure alignment of demand generation efforts with overarching business objectives while continuously analyzing campaign performance to optimize conversion rates and ROI through A/B testing and data-driven insights. Your proficiency in managing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems will streamline lead nurturing and conversion workflows. - Maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals
- Manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels such as SEO, SEM, organic and paid social media, email marketing, affiliate partners, etc.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns to determine their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve results
- Iterate, improve, and diversify current customer acquisition channels
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and meet company growth objectives.
- Utilize a combination of inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including email campaigns, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and webinars, to generate and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client success, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of demand generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to segment audiences, track leads, and automate workflows for efficient lead nurturing and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and apply insights to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand generation activities, such as lead generation, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support demand generation initiatives and expand reach in target markets.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three (3) years of related experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and experience in creating and optimizing ad campaigns to reach specific objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation, or sales.
- Understanding of basic SEO principles to optimize social media content for search engines and increase visibility.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, etc.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to manage leads and automate marketing processes.
- Skill in creating compelling content for various marketing channels and managing content calendars.
