This is what your day may look like:

• Manage Delivery and/or Shuttle
• Ensure routes and deliveries are accurately executed.
• Work with recruiting to interview new contractor candidates.
• Review route and linehaul assignments.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching for Transportation managers.
• Ensure safety processes and procedures are met or exceeded by inspecting equipment, logs, DVIR's, and Hours of service records.
• Be a positive self-starter that thrives working alone and in a team environment.
• Ability to inspire and recruit team members, providing training as needed.
• Manage and monitor performance metrics- including survey, HOS and safety scores.
• Work with all levels of management to build a positive work environment and improve team morale.
• Interact heavily with Store Management, Customer Care and other departments within clients' operations on daily basis.
• Monitor all deliveries and routes in Dispatch Track from start to finish.

What we require:

• Minimum 4 years of logistics management experience
• Expertise in logistics management procedures and best practices
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills
• Knowledge of DOT laws and regulations
• Ability to work flex schedule and be on call as needed
• Company travel up to 50%
