Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-profile clients
• Source, screen, and match top talent to exciting opportunities
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure client needs are met
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Provide guidance and advice to candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• 18 months+ experience in recruitment (180)
• Strong track record in candidate management and delivery
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passionate about matching candidates to the right roles
