Delivery Project Manager & Analyst - Hybrid - cyberThink, Inc

Job Description:
As a Delivery Project Manager & Analyst, you will support senior system analysts and lead project management tasks, including testing coordination, rollout strategy development, and release planning. This role requires hands-on involvement in project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation of system requirements and business processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior analysts in completing Phase 1 activities and core project tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily project operations and status updates.
• Coordinate Phase 1 testing efforts across IT and business unit stakeholders.
• Develop and execute rollout strategies for project phases and functional releases.
• Publish weekly status reports and quarterly long-term release plans.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to define development and deployment strategies.
• Mentor IT business analysts and oversee backlog management, including sprint planning and user story accuracy.
• Lead impact analysis and documentation efforts related to legislative changes.
• Organize and support testing, training, and production issue resolutions.
• Manage project artifacts, including logs, action items, agendas, and meeting minutes.

 
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Eight (8) years of experience as a full-time delivery project manager or senior business analyst.
• Four (4) years of experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical assistance.
• Three (3) years of experience documenting business processes through interviews and analysis.
• Two (2) years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and Project.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and UML diagramming.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and development teams to document system requirements and design specifications.
• Strong understanding of prioritization, organizational planning, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with Team Foundation Server (TFS).

 
 
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
