In this role you will…

• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Accept payments for delivered items and provide accurate change back to the customer.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships by answering questions and handling customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner. 
• Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Assist with daily store operations and inventory activities, as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and delivery vehicle
• Must comply with HIPAA and CRA guidelines

Skills and experience you have…

• 2 years of driving experience preferred
• Minimum 21 years of age and must be a Michigan resident
• Must pass a criminal and background check
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Proficient computing skills
• Excellent oral, problem-solving, communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of cannabis is a plus
• Reliable transportation

Schedule: 

• Flexible schedule
• Weekend availability

Salary: From $15 per hour tips
