Summary of Position:
ProCraft Cabinetry Phoenix full-time delivery driver for cabinetry and appliance deliveries. The Delivery Driver/Specialist is responsible for the secure wrapping of completed customer orders. Once all orders are wrapped, they will be moved to shipping trucks. Within this role, it is critical to ensure that all orders are verified by the driver to be shipped out correctly so that they match the exact specifications of customer orders. Follow delivery routes as directed by Customer Service Coordination staff and report any deviations from schedule as provided. This role reports directly to the Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor. Please be prepared for cross-training through the general warehouse based on the needs of the company.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Fulfill orders promptly using a forklift.
- Be available and on time to work Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm + potential overtime if required.
- Wrap completed orders for shipment to customers. Package RTA orders as instructed.
- General Warehouse to stay engaged and work closely with Drivers to ensure detailed information on loads is relayed and completed.
- Ensure adherence to the load plan and that all loads are verified, loaded, picked up, and delivered accurately and on scheduled time.
- Deliver cabinets and materials related to residential and commercial projects
- Conduct dock checks and ensure docks are clear and clean.
- Keep management and client services informed of any activities or potential issues that may delay shipping.
- Immediately check-in received products.
- Follow company protocol to ensure the correct items are shipped and delivered to the customer
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Follow basic daily vehicle inspections. Report any damage or concerns to the vehicle immediately.
- Greet clients and build rapport by learning and meeting their shipping needs.
- Adhere to Arizona’s traffic law and safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Other duties as assigned to meet company needs. Please be prepared to cross-train to any warehouse position as the need arises.
- Jobsite Photos uploaded same day. Paperwork completed daily, neat and legible
- Damage or concerns are documented and reported on the same day.
Expected and essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- A valid Driver’s License. Must be 21 yrs. old to with a good driving record to be hired as a DRIVER.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and general vehicle mechanics to safely operate and navigate the required driving.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Time management skills to ensure all product is loaded and delivered on schedule.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to safely lift 35-75 pounds regularly.
- Ability to load, unload, stage, pallet jacks, forklifts, and cabinets.
- Ability to operate a tablet camera to log completed orders on the same day.
- Be flexible and open to new procedures and cross-training through departments are required and requested by Upper Management
- GOOD ATTENDANCE IS ESSENTIAL.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17-22/hour depending on qualifications and experience
Schedule: Warehouse Operating Hours - Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, please be aware an earlier start and late stay may be required for overtime hours based on company needs.
