NAPA Auto Parts Delivery Drivers are the key to our success, delivering excellent customer service and developing long-standing relationships with our customers.  

The Delivery Driver is an important member of the store team, and is primarily responsible for:

• ·       Providing timely and correct parts deliveries to our customers
• ·       Maintaining a professional attitude, conduct, and appearance
• ·       Maintaining the delivery vehicle to include cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle
• ·       Back up in-store positions when needed

Required skills include:

• ·       Must be at least 18 years old
• ·       Possess a valid driver’s license
• ·       Ability to work a flexible schedule to include some weekends, evenings and holidays
• ·       Must enjoy working with people in a fast-paced and exciting environment
• ·       Auto parts knowledge is a plus and desired

Pay and Benefits Package:

• Pay  is $16.28/hr
• Health Insurance available at reduced premiums
• Dental Insurance optional 
• Vacation time begins accruing after one year
• Birthday time begins accruing after one year
• Bonus time begins accruing after six months
• 401K available after one year
