Shift hours range from 3pm-9:30pm THURSDAY - MONDAY.
Absolutely no opening shifts available at the moment.
Candidate must be at least 21 years of age and provide reliable delivery transportation.

Responsibilities:
Delivery – (50% or as needed)
The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely operating and maintaining their personal vehicle to deliver retail goods. They ensure timely and secure delivery, often working within a team to package and load items. The role requires strict adherence to company policies and safety guidelines, with a focus on maintaining a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver goods to designated locations.
- Verify shipment accuracy before and after delivery.
- Manage inventory dynamically and pack orders securely.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles as needed.
- Follow assigned routes promptly and safely.
- Exercise strict safety protocols while operating delivery vehicles.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company policies.
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation for shipments and deliveries.
- Operate various vehicles and equipment (e.g., vans, carts, forklifts).
- Complete driving manifests for each delivery route.
- Conduct occasional inspections of delivery vehicles for maintenance needs.
Budtender – (50% or as needed)
The Budtender is responsible for conducting point-of-sale transactions, including managing cash at their designated register and is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and state regulations. They are expected to possess in-depth knowledge of cannabis products. This entry-level position reports directly to the Manager on Duty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Always maintain a warm and professional demeanor.
- Ensure each customer receives a positive and memorable experience.
- Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Educate customers on strains, products, delivery methods, potency, proper storage, serving size, and tolerance, using appropriate product upselling techniques.
- Direct customers to relevant resources such as the website and online menus.
- Complete daily checklists for opening and closing duties, ensuring the dispensary maintains a clean and inviting appearance.
- Follow all Company procedures to maintain compliance during sales transactions.
- Stay informed about product prices and all aspects of cannabis operations, including legal, regulatory, technological, and research developments.
- Safeguard cash and inventory integrity, maintain orderly workstations and sales floor security.
- Conduct end-of-day counts and report inventory needs to Inventory Manager
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old
- Pass Department of Justic Background Check + Finger Printing
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail work experience
- Clean Driving Record
- Reliable automobile – up to company standards
- Maintain personal insurance coverage
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to speak and work proactivelywith customers and team members.
- Flexible scheduling
- Attention to detail needed
- A passion for cannabis
Mileage Reimbursement:
- This position is eligible for the standard IRS Mileage Reimbursement
Availability:
Weekends - MANDATORY
Nights/Closing - MANDATORY
Openings/Morning - As needed
