Delivery Director (IT Project Manager) for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop IT project plans and program delivery, objectives, and deadlines. Ensure project compliance with milestones, business objectives, and client goals. Liaise with clients on business vision, recruit resources, plan capacity, review performance, security, cloud, and costs. Create project policies, processes and development programs, recommend business development strategies and process improvements, administer servers. Review IT projects proposal design and offerings, collaborate with internal lead qualification team, create presentations and credentials based on competency and industry vertical, confer with proposal teams, and update and index proposals within collaboration tool. Design identity management and networking segmentation, scale monitoring and logging for Customer Infrastructure and Application services, pipelines, and infrastructure provisioning Assess risk, develop roadmap for large-scale network migrations, and solutions using infrastructure as code tools. Automate self-service portals. Maintain documentation, troubleshoot problems, perform testing. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing IT project plans and program delivery, objectives, and deadlines; ensuring project compliance with milestones, business objectives, and client goals; planning capacity; reviewing performance, security, cloud, costs, proposal design; administering servers; assessing risk; developing roadmaps, large-scale network migrations, and solutions; troubleshooting; performing testing; using Azure, AI Search, Athena, Akamai, Cisco DNAC, Cisco Prime, Splunk Cloud, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, AD, VMWare.
