DEI Administrative Assistant (Southern California) - Fawkes IDM

Responsibilities:

• Support DEI projects and initiatives as assigned by the DEI Manager.
• Help plan, promote and coordinate firm wide DEI activities and events.
• Assist in preparing DEI correspondence and reports.
• Assist in managing annual DEI budget - process and track DEI project and/or event invoices.
• Research and gather information needed for execution of DEI initiatives.
• Assist with firm wide projects as requested.

Standard work hours 8:30A-5:30PM

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in coordinating, executing and publicizing diversity programs, events or similar.
3. Must be based in Southern, California
