Duties include:

The Assistant Production Supervisor will assist the Production Supervisor in the daily coordination & while leading all daily activities of interior door production personnel. This position will provide planning for, direction to, and will control available resources associated with the timely, damage-free, and safe manufacturing of interior doors. In addition, this position is responsible for the quality, accuracy and amount of production generated by team members.

Requirements include:

Ensure all work is preformed according to approved procedures, standards, and specifications for door manufacturing operations.
Coach the production team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadlines and updates,
Lead activities of Door Manufacturing production employees and support personnel engaged in production.
Comly with all OSHA safety requirements.
Assign job tasks to employees according to manufacturing schedules.
Ensure proper maintenance of facility, manufacturing equipment, forklift equipment, and handling supplies.

Required experience:

Minimum of two years’ production experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Steel toes required
