Debatch Operator 1st Shift - Phillips Staffing

The Debatch Operator will primarily be responsible for safely operating several high-speed de-batching machines to cut fabric to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Visually identify defects and grade fabric according to customer specifications when automated system is not available
• Use the BARCO inspection system to record defects and grade fabric for shipment
• Cross train on various high speed de-batchers using the Barco Inspection terminal
• Will be required to cross train for in-line inspection

Requirements:

• Ability to work closely with team members and trainer to learn all expectations and functions of the position
• Ability to work safely
• Ability to read and write and follow directions
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication skills

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $14.44/Hour
