Position Overview
As the Operations Manager at our flagship Dublin branch, you’ll drive growth, profitability, and high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Oversee parts and service departments, lead a skilled team, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that each customer interaction reflects Southeastern’s values, from the sale to the service lifecycle.
• Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, meeting quality and efficiency standards to keep the branch running smoothly.
• Sales & Profit Goals: Set and achieve branch-specific KPIs for sales growth and profit, ensuring our Dublin location continues to excel.
• Training & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to support their professional growth and maintain high team morale.
• Facility Management: Maintain a safe, well-organized environment that complies with OSHA and EPA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Dealership experience in AG, Construction, Heavy Trucking, or Automotive
• Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, and financial acumen
• Education: High School Diploma or GED (BA/BS preferred)
