Responsibilities
- Weekly and monthly payroll including reconciliation & submission of all payroll taxes on a timely basis
- Bank reconciliation
- Accurate DSM accounting entries
- Costing new and used car deals
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Keep accounting schedules clean and up to date
- Handle new employee onboarding paperwork. Ensure new employee documents are compliant and submitted properly.
- Assist the Controller/Office Manager on all month-end documents and procedures.
- Assist the Controller/Office Manager as needed and help oversee the day to day running of the office.
- Balance all Service/Parts deposits each day to ensure accuracy.
- Handle all customer, internal, and warranty repair orders and parts tickets each day ensuring they are being posted to the correct accounts.
- Manage filing system and record keeping as needed.
- Handle and coordinate Employee benefit package including Open Enrollment meetings.
- 401k management including loan administration, census, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Bachelors or Associates degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from or two years of related experience in a dealership office setting and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
