Databricks Data Eng./Solution Architect at TEKsystems

Description

PRPA is looking for a technical resource with hands-on Databricks data engineering and solution architecture experience who can help with solution diagrams and technical specifications as well as the development of data engineering pipelines using Python notebooks and SQL. This role requires experience with Databricks administration, Unity Catalog and automated testing in Databricks. 2025 will be year 1 of a 3 year data management project where we will bring data from various domains into Databricks via Fivetran to support business intelligence and data science use cases. The data model will align to a medallion architecture and this role will focus loading data into Silver and Gold.

This role prefers candidates to work in person at PRPA's office in Fort Collins, CO per the below guidelines:

Option 1 (preferred) - Will be based in FC in office in 2-3 days a week

Option 2 - Colorado based and in office 3 days (1 week) per month

Option 3 - US based and in office 3 days (1 week) per month

Option 4 (will consider but not preferred) - Remote 5 days per week in mountain time (8-5)

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00
