Rate: $50 - $55 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
You will be joining our clients technology team in a financial services business unit that supports multiple agile teams coordinating work supporting over 200+ clients and spread out in 100+ countries. As part of that we are modernizing our legacy reporting and business intelligence platform to provide data and reports in real-time running on cloud-ready stack, and are looking for support engineers to help provide best-of-class service to our clients, during and post migration of our reporting platform.
Experience Requirements:
Must have -
1) PL/SQL (from scratch development / support) - 80% of the role
2) ETL (Informatica Power Center) - 20% of the role
3) Ability to work on W2 (role is not eligible for C2C/1099/Third party)
No need for true data engineering / ETL Development, this role will be a combination of development and support for a modernization project for legacy reporting / Business Intelligence platforms during and after migration for platforms
The Expertise You Have
- 6+ years of Database/ETL support work in regards to development, maintenance, and engineering with tools such as Informatica workflow development, PL-SQL, and automation work on manual processes to improve stability, integrity, and technological efficiency
- Skills with data intensive application development, data integration, data pipelines, and distributed platforms
- Knowledge of SQL's complex queries, triggers, procedures, functions, and a knowledge of batch scheduling (AutoSys/Control-M)
- Experience with reporting tools such as OBIEE/OAS and/or experience with cloud computing, DevOps, CICD, Git, or Jenkins is HIGHLY desired
- Experience with data movement and design patterns for ETL tools such as Informatica, and cloud native datawarehousing tools (RedShift/Snowflake/et cetera)
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
