Data Warehouse Systems Analyst - HCL Global Systems Inc.

• Skills Required
o Expert level SQL skills… Specifically in a Oracle Data Warehouse
o Strong data analysis and profiling skills
o Strong understanding of dimension models for data warehouses and experience building them
• Duties Include
o Gathering and documenting business requirements
o Researching and creating source to target mapping included data conversion rules – specific to Star Schema data models
o Review of Stored Procedures to ensure accuracy and assist with troubleshooting.
o End-to-end testing and validation
o Creation/Updates of end-user facing data dictionaries and meta data.
