We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the fields of logistics and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to  optimize route planning and logistics in real time
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, insights, and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Design and conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of business changes.
• Create predictive models to support business decision-making processes, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Clean, preprocess, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning to apply new techniques and tools in projects.
• Support data engineering teams in building data pipelines and infrastructure for scalable model deployment.
• Assist in maintaining and improving current analytical tools, dashboards, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience in data science or machine learning, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Spark, Python, R, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Expertise in working with large datasets and data frameworks such as SparkSQL, Fabric, or Spark.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) for model development and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for automating and streamlining model production.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to explore data in-depth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Ph.D. in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
