Data Scientist - Zachary Piper LLC

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Data Scientist to join a program supporting the USMC located in Albany, GA through fully on-site work. The Data Scientist will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data sets to support leadership in creating solutions.  

Responsibilities of the Data Scientist include: 

• Utilize statistical data to make informed decisions  
• Create algorithms and models using Machine Learning 
• Collect and analyze data to create predictive models  
• Identify and integrate data sets  

Qualifications for the Data Scientist include: 

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Engineering  
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Computer Programming, or related field 
• IAT level II certification is highly preferred 
• Experience with Azure and Data Bricks is highly preferred 
• Knowledge of data mining and statistical analysis  
•  Relevant experience with Excel, PowerBI, PowerQuery, ML tools, and programming languages (ex: Java/Python, SAS)  
• Must be a US Citizen   

Compensation for the Data Scientist include: 

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 **depending on experience**
