Data Science with Banking Analytics SME - Hexaware USA

Roles & responsibilities:

·         Actively participate and contribute to building new Business solution offerings leveraging AI, for Banking industry serviced by Hexaware in the marketplace.

·         Lead the analytics solution design and architecture for all the fixed engagement proposals (i.e. solution driven deals). Coordinate with various Hexaware teams in bringing together a differentiated and competitive solution design for Banking client’s problem statement.

·         Have a consultative mindset to problem solving with customers.

·         Proactively explore application of Gen AI in business solutions and develop prototypes/ PoCs to take to the market.

·         Be ready to lead strategic/ transformative Analytics/ Data science engagements for Hexaware’s key Banking accounts, in a billable capacity (either full or part-time billing).

·         Be the face of Hexaware at the Banking client organization when in a billable engagement and develop strategic advisor relationship with business/ functional stakeholders.

·         Stay in-tune with evolving new technologies and proactively obtain certifications where relevant.

·         Work collaboratively in developing new go-to-market solutions for Hexaware’s partnerships (MS, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks etc.)  

·         Mentor and train junior analytics resources on AI capabilities, strengthen Hexaware’s domain knowledge of Banking LoBs and functions.

·         Contribute to the building of Analytics, AI and Business Solutions practice in the Data & AI service line.

Minimum qualifications:

·         10+ years of relevant and hands-on experience in the field of analytics and data science applied in Banking Industry domain. (either experience of working in a bank or working with Banking industry clients)

·         Must have experience in building and delivering analytics solutions for business/ functional stakeholders in a Bank.

·         Experience in specific areas of business analytics such as marketing, digital, customer experience, Banking operations, Finance etc. is a plus.

·         ML Ops experience will be a big plus.

·         An understanding of emerging areas like application of Gen AI, will be a huge plus.

·         If from a consulting/ service background, the candidate must have experience in client facing engagements. Experience working directly with business & functional stakeholders in the Banking org.

·         Additional industry experience is welcome (e.g. Insurance, Healthcare, Lifesciences etc.)

·         Team leading experience would be preferred.

·         Knowledge of/ experience working with the legacy/ market leading cloud and Data platforms (MS/ AWS/ GCP/ Snowflake/ Databricks).

·         Graduate degree in engineering/ technology/ analytics/ Business administration or similar disciplines.
