About the Job
As a Workday FinancialReporting Analyst, you’ll be an essential resource in our Controllers team as we transition to a Workday platform. You’ll collaborate with business partners on Workday Reporting capabilities and develop advanced reports to meet business needs.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does a Workday Financial ReportingAnalystmake an impact?
- Gathers and documents report requirements andwritescomplex report specifications to meet business needs.
- Pulls and manipulates data from various systems for accuracy and quality and interacts with reporting tools. Maymodifyraw data into a meaningful format.
- Designs and produces standard andadhocreports, dashboards, cubes, and various data visualization reporting solutions for end-users and project analysts.
- Uses reporting tools, applications, and/or queries to create and configure new reports and dashboards.
- Ensures compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
- Ability to proactively seek opportunities to optimize reports and process improvements.
- Experience with developing complex financial reports in Workday or similar reporting tools.
- Develop and provide training to end users of Workday reporting.
- Strong financial acumen and/or accounting background.
- Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
