Data Reconciliation Specialist(s)
The Data Reconciliation Specialist will review service data in the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & Scheduling system) for accuracy and completeness. The Data Reconciliation Specialist will report to the Quality Manager. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Reviewing service data in the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & Scheduling system), paying particular attention to trip coding
- Reviewing TRAC performance data from the telecommunication system
- Identifying questionable or incorrect data in either of the two systems mentioned above, and working with operations staff to make corrections as appropriate
- Working collaboratively with the Operations Reporting & Performance Analyst to ensure reports are accurate and reflect operational performance
Qualifications of the Data Reconciliation Specialist include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a data analysis role at a medium or large firm with large data sets
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills, with a particular focus on Excel and SQL proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
