**Data Quality Coordinator**
We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Coordinator to join our team in the Wheeling, West Virginia area. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing for four (4) remote days per week and one (1) on-site day per week.
As a Data Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity, normalization, cleansing, and overall maintenance of our key sales, communications, and marketing system data. Under the guidance of the Marketing Technology Manager, you will work closely with the Data Quality Team Supervisor to ensure data quality is upheld through documented entry requirements, review, reporting, and management processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform data entry, research, verification, and cleansing tasks.
- Process data changes efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Monitor experience summaries and information.
- Administer lawyer assignments in the firm's experience system to ensure timely review of lawyer updates.
- Train and guide others on entering experience summaries, reviewing assignment queues, distributing monthly assignment emails, and monitoring their work.
- Design, run, and distribute reports, saved searches, and other data downloads.
- Assist in driving end-user adoption and adherence to firm data entry and normalization practices through documentation and collaboration with firm training resources.
- Contact firm secretaries and attorneys to verify and request additional information as needed.
- Assist with the creation, updates, and maintenance of the firm's mailing lists for newsletters, client/prospect communications, practice/industry groups, alumni, and special events.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required. Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-service focused team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
