Data Product Manager - AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a Data Product Manager for a Contract job with a client in Richmond VA (Hybrid). You will lead a cross-functional team to innovate and enhance Operational Risk Management products, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of the business.

 

Rate Range: $52/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Data Product Manager job responsibilities include:

• Participate in initiatives to revolutionize risk management practices through innovative technology solutions.

• Seek feedback from users and collaborate with business leaders to uncover unmet needs that inform product strategy and development.

• Manage and reimagine a suite of Operational Risk Management products, supporting risk oversight programs and advisory functions.

• Lead an integrated team of engineers, data analysts, and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and build effective solutions.

• Advocate for the use of Machine Learning and AI to create proactive, real-time risk management strategies.

• Analyze data to uncover insights that drive business value and inform product enhancements.

• Oversee the agile product management process to ensure timely and effective delivery of product features.

• Work closely with internal customers to understand their needs and develop products that effectively meet those requirements.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continually refine and improve product offerings.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; preference for a master’s degree.

• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in Agile product management and 1 year managing a data product.

• Strong background in data and risk management, with experience in the fintech industry.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product strategy based on user feedback and market needs.

Pay Details: $52.00 to $56.00 per hour
