- Key position on the manufacturing team is available with cutting edge, biometric data product manufacturing facility located in Eatontown, NJ area. This is a fast paced production environment, significant data entry work, error-free environment, all day, everyday, highly highly highly secure facility. Product: biometric data used in banking (finance technology sector).
- Permanent position. Key staff member opportunity.
- Paying $22 - $23 per hour. Nice benefits package.
- Dayshift, Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Some overtime.

Data Entry Operator / Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Processing: inputs, updates and maintain data in the secure database. Uses MS Excel spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Data Validation: reviews and verity's data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Corrects or reports all discrepancies or errors.
- Data Manipulation: Perform data cleansing, transformation, and normalization to ensure data is structured correctly for analysis and reporting.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of data to identify and resolve issues related to accuracy or integrity
- Reporting: Assist in generating and preparing reports, charts, and other data-driven documents as needed by internal teams.
- System Updates & Maintenance: regularly updates and maintains data systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and up to date.
- Data Collaborations: Work closely with other departments (e.g., IT, Dev, CSR, PM and Production Team) to ensure smooth data workflows and support various business needs.

Data Entry Operator / Manufacturing Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is highly desired.
- Must be able and permitted to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking industry)
- At leas one (1) year of "Database" experience or other closely related data entry experience from a production environment.
- Must possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of product.
- If you are not strong on the computer, this position is not a fit. Strong computer skills will be needed and are not taught. You should comfortable being on or near a computer at all times. All of our machinery runs on and interfaces always with computers, including using the computer to call up existing templates and programs on our Production Machinery which will also require small machinery adjustments as needed to ensure product accuracy.
- Must have legible handwriting and be able to write neatly and concisely. Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
- Must be able to preform data entry and use advanced MS Excel features such as basic formulas, pivot tables, vLookups, etc.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, bend, stoop, carry material, etc.
