As a Data Privacy Project Manager you will:
- Manage the Company privacy and data impact assessment process as well as to perform lower level privacy assessments
- Analyze Business Unit requirements and help determine if a PRISMA (privacy and data protection impact analysis) is required
- Review new PRISMA requests for clarity and completeness
- Train PRISMA users on submission process
- Serve as the main point of contact for PRISMA intake and questions
- Shepherd PRISMA’s through the process
- Follow-up on incomplete data
- Answer requestors questions throughout process
- Update user guides based on the Q&A interactions with requestors
- Schedule facility PRISMA team meetings and prepare agendas
- Document, track and follow-up on action items
- Attend PRISMA meetings
- Debrief the PRISMA team with findings from requestors
- Alert team on high priority actin items
- Monitor all open PRISMA’s
- Develop and implement prioritization process for PRISMA reviews considering: clarity of the PRISMA form, complexity, maturity of the request / project
- Maintain and review the open PRISMA’s ranked by their priorities
- Develop and implement KPI’s for PRISMA
- Review PRISMA KPI reporting with PRISMA working and leadership team for areas needing attention
Requirements
- Must have experience with privacy impact assessments (PIA) and/or data protection impact assessments (DPIA)
Strong project management and organizational skills - Paralegal experience a plus
- Excel skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
