KDG Support has been retained to place a Data Preparation and Control Specialist will be the main point of contact for all phone calls, emails, mail, and deliveries. This individual will work with the team to ensure that all deadlines are met, reporting is completed, and all issues are resolved for the team. The ideal candidate for this position is organized and has a background as a pharmacy tech or other prescription-based knowledge, customer service, and experience managing the general day-to-day operations of an office.
**THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE IN MELBOURNE, FLORIDA
***40 HOURS A WEEK WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for monthly reports, including data generation, collection, and verification
- Work with software and external professional reports to enter, organize, format, catalog, analyze, and utilize data
- Analyze data to uncover incomplete or inaccurate information
- Sort and process documents or data into a standard format
- Process, validate, and reconcile data to create detailed reports in the proper format for internal and/or external individuals as required
- Generate data files and reports for client distribution
- Ability to interpret data then to take the next steps according to established procedures.
- Additional Administrative duties to be performed on an as needed basis included but not limited to contract review, editing, and revision workflow of tracked issues from notification through completion for customers.
- Deal with vendors according to company guidelines
- Oversee the filing of necessary records, reports, and analytical data
- Maintain the primary point of contact with various customers including pharmacies, manufacturers, and individuals as appropriate
- Other related duties, as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of prescription drugs
- Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 Years experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Preferred:
- Registered Pharmacy Technician
- Bachelors Degree in aligned field of study
Physical requirements:
- Continuously able to work in office environment
- Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer
- Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours
- Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day
- Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking
- Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs
- Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching
- Rarely requires climbing
