Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, build, and manage a team of data processors, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Process Management: Develop and implement data processing workflows that ensure the secure handling of sensitive bank statement information.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies related to handling sensitive financial information.
• Training & Development: Provide continuous training and development opportunities for your team to stay updated with best practices and tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including IT and Compliance, to streamline data operations and address any technical or regulatory challenges.
• Reporting: Generate reports on team performance, data accuracy, and process improvements to upper management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data operations, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Proven experience managing teams and handling sensitive data.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and other industry-specific standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and process efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data management software and tools.
