Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional for the role of Data Integration Specialist, a direct hire position based in Mendota Heights, MN. This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $135,000 and requires working on-site five days a week. As a critical member of the Data & Analytics team, you will manage the integration of data from diverse external sources into internal systems, ensuring accuracy, quality, and seamless data flow. Your contributions will directly support robust analytics and informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integration:
- Oversee and execute the integration of data from various external sources and acquisitions into internal systems, ensuring efficient and seamless data flow with minimal business disruption.
- Data Quality Assurance:
- Conduct rigorous data quality checks to verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with organizational standards prior to integration. Address data inconsistencies proactively.
- Data Mapping & Transformation:
- Partner with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design detailed data mapping and transformation logic, ensuring data readiness for analytics and reporting.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
- Identify and resolve data integration challenges swiftly, maintaining system reliability and minimizing downtime. Develop robust troubleshooting strategies to prevent recurring issues.
