Data Integration Engineer at MTW Recruit

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration: Manage and execute data integration from external sources into internal systems with minimal disruption.
• Data Quality Assurance: Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• Data Mapping & Transformation: Develop mapping and transformation logic in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data integration issues to maintain data system integrity.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers, administrators, and business units to meet objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of integration processes, flows, and mappings.
• Relationship Management: Engage with external data providers to understand and address gaps in source data.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Cloud certifications (preferred).

Experience & Skills

• 7+ years in data integration, SQL development, or related fields.
• 3+ years handling data from diverse platform sources.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data integration and ETL tools, especially in Azure environments.
• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and quality practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure.
• Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
