Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Data Exchange Analyst to join our dynamic team at [Company Name]. Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot RETS and API data feed connections for over 650 data feeds across various systems and products.
- Monitor data imports to ensure complete, accurate, and timely listing information.
- Coordinate the transition of RETS/API data feeds to new vendors or formats while maintaining MLS data integrity with minimal client impact.
- Resolve and respond to IDX-related technical issues reported by customers.
- Collaborate with the product development team to improve processes, escalate bugs, prioritize data feature requests, and provide valuable feedback.
This position may require occasional after-hours monitoring and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience working with relational databases.
- At least 1 year of experience using SQL to query datasets.
- At least 1 year of technical support/customer service experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with customers in a SaaS environment.
- Experience working with RETS or API data feeds.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Real estate industry knowledge is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience working with CRMs, customer service ticketing software, Jira, and Microsoft Excel.
