About the Job
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data in the database systems and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into database systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct data to ensure its integrity and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Strictly follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
- Conduct data cleaning to remove duplicate or outdated information.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar position.
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and database software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to generate basic reports and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
