Data Entry Specialist
Location: Plano, TX (onsite Hybrid Mode)
Duration: 6 months with possible contract to hire
Description:
Salesforce experience (create entry)
Excel / Sheets (G Suite)
Running a process consistantly and repeatable
Key Responsibilities:
Data Intake and Processing:
Regularly monitor and retrieve data from Tableau and Google Forms.
Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Salesforce Operations:
Utilize Salesforce to search for existing records matching the incoming data.
Create new records in Salesforce for unmatched submissions, accurately populating required fields.
Update existing records as needed to maintain data integrity.
Communication and Coordination:
Use a template to provide relevant information about the processed submissions via email
Collaborate with the sales team to address any questions or concerns regarding the data and processes.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Salesforce, including data entry, record creation, and search functions.
Excellent knowledge of G-Suite applications, particularly Google Forms and Sheets.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
Organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Field Strategy - Support Field Sales teams
Deals with Credit cards to the Commercial Customers
Provide options on the Care payments to the commercial customers by Cheques or ACH payments
Processee's for Field Sales people
Look for leads from the website, internal referrals from sales people in other parts of client
Works on a Google Spread sheet and recommend the candidates/leads through Salesforce to the Sales Teams
Role Info:
This is a Data Entry role with strong Data entry, G-Sheets / G-Suite and some CRM (Salesforce) Knowledge and excellent communications background.
Do the data entry into Salesforce and create the records, do the validation, and generate these leads to the Sales teams through Salesforce CRM
Work with Sales teams, Field Sales people
Process leads those come to the sites and get assigned an execute, trace the details, and keep the information in the G-Sheets, and Salesforce
HM is fine with a Fresh College graduate who has good G-Suite and knowledge of CRM tools.
Top Skills:
Data entry exp is a must
