Position: Data Entry Specialist

Duration

5-month contract, possible extensions, possible hire

Pay Rate: $15-$17/hr

Location: Mason, OH – need to come in first day for training then will be 99% remote from here

Openings: 2

Interviews

1 round – 30-minute virtual interview

• Typing Test: 3-minute test to be sent to each candidate for completion and passing prior to one round interview with Hiring Manager

Must Haves:

• 2 years of Data Entry Experience
• MS Office experience
• Minimum typing test score of 36 words per minute
• Work in EST hours

Plusses:

• Bachelors degree
• Healthcare background

Day to Day:

An Employer is seeking a fully remote Data Entry Specialist for a contract role. This person's main responsibilities will include the following.

• Monitoring enrollment forms and determining which group they belong to
• Understand if any key information is missing from enrollment forms to then contact client for needed information in the form of a standardized email template
• Being able to accurately enter data into correct systems for up to 260+ entries/ day
