About the Job
Role and Responsibilities:
Review Data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output
Review, process, and complete multiple background screenings daily
Compare screening information to multiple forms of identification for accuracy
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of information to prepare source data for entry into CRM
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Support Sales Operations team and Marketing team with daily tasks. May enter data into formatted or unformatted screens and/or documents.
Performs routine data entry functions and assists with simple formatting tasks following established policies.
Works under immediate supervision.
Review, process, and complete multiple background screenings daily
• Compare screening information to multiple forms of identification for accuracy
• Research and analyze information received regarding detailed records and documents
• Manage ongoing case files by utilizing various research methods
• Maintain effective record keeping and note taking
• Carefully manage confidential and sensitive information daily
• Guarantee assigned goals are met
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Communicate effectively and efficiently to all involved parties including registrants, clients, and courts
Quals--
• Web applications
• Web-based research process
• Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong customer service skills
-1+ years of employment experience
- 1+ full year of college from an accredited school or equivalent experience
An entry-level clerical support position requiring familiarity with data entry and keyboard functions.
Passion for data.
Ability to prioritize projects and ad-hoc requests.
Excellent attention to detail.
Spreadsheet experience.
Experience of Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing business environment
