About the Job
PrideStaff is currently seeking a Data Entry / Office Administrator for an automotive supplier and distributor of car and truck accessories company located in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time temporary position with potential for hire. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
- Pay Rate: $16.00 to $17.00
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Input purchase order, inventories, and sales data into the system.
- Create shipping labels, prepare and submit invoices.
- Assist with accounts receivables and payable.
- Assist with general customer service phone calls and emails.
- Assist customers with replacement of orders, tracking orders, returns/exchanges, and refunds.
- Support sales team and management in a variety of administrative tasks.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
- Will need to have strong organizational/coordination skills.
- Adjusts to completing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
