We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Coordinator. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing and inputting data into Salesforce.

Project Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid Schedule, remote Mon-Thurs report to the office on Friday)
Contract Duration: 12-months (contract to hire, depending on performance)
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr.

Data Entry Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Input and update data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems.
- Will be responsible for attention to detail; accuracy and speed in a high-volume queue/ticketing environment.
- Verify and validate data accuracy, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and organize data for entry.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or potential issues with data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Assist with generating reports and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
Data Entry Coordinator Required Qualifications:
- Must reside in the Minneapolis, MN and able to report to an office on Fridays
- High school diploma
- Must have Salesforce experience
- Must have experience in a high-volume queue/ticketing environment.
- Experience working on deadlines.
- Process improvement experience.
- Experience within a professional office setting.
- Strong knowledge of data management and database systems, primarily in Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
