Key Responsibilities

• Following up with clients to collect any missing information
• Identifying and rectifying data errors
• Conducting research to gather additional information for incomplete requests
• Responding to information inquiries and accessing relevant files
• Correcting and resubmitting disputed invoices

Requirements

• 1 year of data entry work experience
• High school diploma
