Experience: 2-5 Years in Data management and Environmental & Occupational Safety & Health (EOSH) reporting background
Job Summary:
A dedicated full-time resource and member of the NAOU Occupational Health & Safety (OSH) team, this position will be responsible for data management and monitoring, including ensuring accuracy and timely completion of data submission campaigns. In this position, this person will develop and disseminate health and safety communications and provide support for ergonomics-related projects.
Job Description:
1. Assist the OSH team in obtaining, cleaning & validating, and submitting data from Production and Non-production sites in the KOSMOS tool as per timelines and schedules.
2. Create OSH communication materials for health & safety awareness, serious injury lessons learned and watchouts, and supplemental bottler safety training resources.
3. Analyze OSH data, including ergonomics assessment and global audit data, to create insightful reports for SME and bottler decision-making.
4. Create processes to optimize collection and analysis of SIF incident data in collaboration with the IClientR team.
5. Support global network team on KOSMOS to launch new campaigns in the bottling facilities.
6. This role would ensure timely completion of following campaigns:
" Life Saving Rules
" Health & Safety Data
" Incident Management, Behavior Based Safety, Inspections
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
Ability to support and influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to problem-solve and gain alignment across multiple organizations and levels.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker.
Experience with data analysis.
Experience creating and disseminating health & safety communications.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, XLS, PPT)
