Job Description: As a Data Entry Clerk at Initial Communications, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our databases and systems. Salary range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources into the company's databases and systems. Ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Data Verification: Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy. Identify and correct discrepancies and errors promptly.
- Data Maintenance: Update and maintain existing data, ensuring records are current and complete. Assist in regular data cleaning and validation processes.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of data entry activities and provide reports as required. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all data-related materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to understand data requirements and ensure data quality. Assist with data-related projects and tasks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
