Position Summary:Works under direct supervision of the CCBHC Coordinator.

Essential Duties

• Transferring data from a hardcopy to a database system.
• Establishing entry properties.
• Assisting with organizing and filing paperwork.
• Operating office equipment; scanners and printers. Providing additional administrative support as needed.

• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a data entry clerk.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficiency using computer-based systems including electronic health records, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
• Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
• Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
