Data Entry Assistant - Level All

We are looking to hire a Data Entry Assistant who is detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and efficiency to join our growing team. 

** This is a full-time, temporary role (W2) requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite (Midtown Manhattan). **

Responsibilities

• Gather, research, validate, and enter relevant data into the company’s database and worksheets

• Ensure all work data is entered correctly and accurately

• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods

• Provide general data entry support across various teams on an as needed basis

• Other projects as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Extremely detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately while multitasking

• Ability to learn quickly and work proactively

• Onsite 3 days a week (Midtown Manhattan), 2 days remote

• Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM (less 1 hour lunch)

• Compensation range: $16 - $17 / hour. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, we will consider various job-related factors in determining the offer.
