About the Job
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Administration of program mechanisms: issuing reports for recall of precision measurement and test equipment, initiation of quality investigation forms associate with out of tolerance instruments, service scheduling between vendors and internal customers for onsite visits, and routine status communications to key stakeholders.
- Data processing, and documentation review of calibration records into asset management software; ensuring good documentation practices (GDP) has been performed to ensure accuracy and correctness; in accordance with Roche policies and procedures.
- Maintains, and updates data within asset management database(s) associated with equipment records to promote compliance with regulatory requirements: This includes but is not limited to processing routine customer change requests, project updates associated with constant improvement initiatives, and internal corrective/preventative updates.
- Shipping, receiving, and tracking of packages associated with the transportation of portable precision measurement and test equipment to and from external calibration vendors.
- Customer service as needed to support internal customers with program related issues.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and contributes to constant improvement of processes within the Calibration Department
Skills and Abilies:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in use and application of computer software; such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, and Google applications.
- High level of "attention to detail".
- Well organized.
- Possesses high level of interpersonal skills, and work well in team environment.
- Experience in use and maintenance of calibration asset management software (SAP CaMa, Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager, etc…).
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED, or Associates Degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $26.88/hour-$34.00/hour
